These little guys are so sweet! It's so fun watching them run around their spacious pen.
More of the messes are on the newspaper and in the grass...we're on our way with potty training.
We enjoyed meeting families via FaceTime and in person.

We were thankful for warmer weather this week so we could get comfortable with our outdoor space. During the day we can come and go as we please. At night the door is closed because of the cooler temps.

This week we transitioned the puppies to their new pen. They're still adjusting. Each day they spend a few hours in the new pen, a few minutes outdoors, and then back to their old pen for the night. They're also enjoying having puppy food in addition to momma's milk. It's amazing how much they grow each week!

Our names are from the book series Chronicles of Narnia. One of the neighbor girls suggested this theme. Thank you Han! Anyway...Caspian is the biggest so far and sweet little Lucy seems about half his size! They are wobbly walking & beginning to play with one another. Occasionally I hear little "barks". Poppy continues to feed them regularly and by weeks end we'll probably be starting with some soaked puppy food as teeth are beginning to come through .

We're thankful Poppy had a smooth, trouble free delivery of her 6 puppies! Poppy is a very attentive mother and spends the first 3 days with her babies continually which helps them get a good solid start. After 3 days she leaves her pen for short periods to take a break but is quick to return when she hears a squeak! :)
